just get the "px hdd loader". no brain required. if it helps, filename is px-hdlv1.rar.

As someone mentioned, you can stream the data extracted from your tivo directly to your xbox using smb shares, or the xbox-specific "xns" protocol. There was someone suggesting direct playback of .ty...
