I think you would need to install at least one piece and that's noscramble.
Otherwise you wouldn't be able to do anything with that stream you extracted.

No, I created the chapters in DVDLab (set to 99 in Tytool, using shows less than 99min). I used VOBedit and mpeg2vcr then DVDlab. No biggie. Just curious if you may have seen this senario in past...

the 33 GB sounds like you're possibly using Fat32 (has a format limit of 32GB) Might want to try NTFS or something else.
make sure you've got noscramble running on the Tivo unit.
