just using

./timeout in rc.sysinit.author

I installed and then ran the timeout module via rc.sysinit.author . It would boot until the the unit was done loading satelite info then it would reboot.

Am I running it right?

I tried and it put me into a reboot loop.

There used to be a script for 4.0 that allowed you to disable the livetv timeout for tivo central...

Trying to hack my 240080 with lifetime. I've copied over the backported drivers and I'm stumped -- it looks like a tivoapp error. But why? I haven't even got that far yet...

The last three digits correspond the first three of your serial number. But I don't think it really matters. it will just display the wrong thing in system properties.

Can you enable folders on a sdh400 with only tivo basic? (Would this be a tivoapp edit?)

I'm not asking to enable HMO -- just wondering about folders...
