i installed Xterm but it does not allow me to to use my COM port to connect to my Tivo...i must first configure the TIvo to work on my network (as i am trying to do but failing miserably).
i tried this

The best Tivo is the Series 1 since it is the one with the most hacks as well as the biggest support base in forums.

lol ok i installed 4 fans into my Tivo and i am now getting a Low Temp warning....isn't it good to keep it at a low temp??
When i installed my new 120 Gb HD into my tibo my temp increased 5 degrees...is there anyway i can get it cooler....maybe get a fan or make some holes? Suggestions?
