Nothing to see here.
What works with the HMO/HME patches? So far I now have a TivoPlus trial ends today on the bottom of my tivo central menu and none of the yahoo links work saying couldn't open the url. Are these known...
Dang. That probably means the shortened recordings and deleting newer stuff instead of older stuff when the drive is full bugs are still there.
The dropout typically would bug me at night during HD broadcasts. For the almost hour I was able to watch fox until Jerry Springer came on, I didn't not have any dropouts, but I did have 1 signal...
Running it now. No change in tivoapp so the same CSO patch should work.
The daily call changes that value to the version they have your unit listed as. It isn't going to break anything, and changing it to what you like won't fix anything, other than allowing you to use...
Downloaded IR codes for the tivo are for controlling external devices, not the device itself.
You don't need to add the name parameter if you fix what the script is complaining about in the first place, a wrong /State/ServiceConfig/SwSystemName value.

In /etc/rc.d/StageD_PreMfs/rc.Sequence_150.CheckForDebug.sh change export DEBUG_BOARD=false on line 45 to export DEBUG_BOARD=true. Backdoors will be enabled without a tivoapp patch, and daily calls...
So far 2 out of 2 PMs unanswered over the last week. I guess he isn't interested in performing this service.
That fixed it! The first 512 bytes were just gone. all funky y with 2 dots on top. Not quite sure how that happened while it was running, but I'm back in now and can get to all my goodies and season...
The drive has never touched a windows machine. The problem caused is the thing will no longer boot and I can't access any of the partitions from the linux disc. On boot using the utility CDs, it says...
My main drive in my HDVR2 glitched last night and apparently partially corrupted the partition table. I ran several scans of the drive and there are no physical errors. fdisk -l doesn't show any...
What version are you loading from? Sounds like you don't have the needed loopsets.
No. yac doesn't interact with any of the tivo functions. It simply forces it's output to the screen.
I can answer part of the ??? string. Looks like the brf likes to be a certain size. The 03 00 01 02 at the end is filler. The 03 is how many filler spaces there are. the filler increments by 1.
This was one of the first things moved to the new tuikres resource structure. It is possible, just noone had shared how yet. :)
Can't use WMP, can't use apache, might as well just build a custom client and server and be done with the compatibility stuff. :)
Thanks. After 20 hours or so of dd_rescue running, I was able to get a backup of the drive. There was 308k bad somewhere around 109 gigs of 120.
VLC just sits there doing nothing when trying to play an asx stream. If I play an asf, it tries to download the whole thing first. I'm running tystreamer on linux/apache2 mix.
I'm back to b2 here. I can't get VLC to work for any version, and the removal of WMP support kinda defeats the original intent of this project.
BTW- TTG does work on noCSOed recordings. I don't think I've seem that mentioned anywhere yet.
My main drive in my HDVR2 is about to give up the ghost. Right now, the tivo still works fine. Records fine, season passes, etc. Here is my dilemma. I pulled the drive, did a mfsbackup, and restored...
Sweet. It couldn't find the lame lib cause /usr/local/lib wasn't pathed. Seems to stream some now. :)
