Thanx that worked. I really like to quit smoking but it's hard with my b/f smoking 2 packs or more a day. He is so bad sometimes he has more than 1 lit at a time.

if i can do it you can do it.i was smoking 2 packs a day,i feel good,i can be around others thet smoke-and it dont bother me,when i quit,friends saw and followed,its not hard,the patches really work!
