Unhappy Need partition map from Seagate 80GB drive

In the course of installing my TurboNet board, I managed to wipe out the partition map on my DTiVo hard disk (one of the scripts tried to restore a backup it hadn't made!) If you have an 80GB Seagate Barracuda IV model ST3800021A in your DTiVo, I'd be in your debt if you'd dump your partition map to a file and send it to me or post it here. The dd command would look like

    dd if=/dev/hd[x] of=/mnt/tivomap bs=512 count=64

assuming you normally run Windows and your Windows filesystem is mounted on /mnt; replace [x] with the TiVo drive's letter on your PC.

I believe this won't contain any TiVo code; it's just a map of which partitions start where on the hard disk, so should be safe to copy without breaking any laws.

    Thanks!

I have one still attached to my PC! But I've already run TivoMad to expand it. If that will work for you, PM me your email addy and I can send it to you.
