OK I have a easy question for someone

My friend was over the other day and said you gotta do this to your tivo. So while i was in the other room he did something I came back in and he set my remote to jump ahead 30sec. WOW this is really useful did not know that if you rebooted you Tivo you would lose it well i lost it. I am using 25xtreme and I dont know where you go to enter these codes. I think it is something like s-p-s-3-0-s but what menu do i need to be in to enter this info?? you push select and it puts you in a different place..maybe ther is a FAQ I am missing and if so sorry for the repost.

Well thanks all! i should have just tried to do it but i thought there was some process that needed to be followed. And the clock is cool though my TV cuts it in half. BTW- does anyone have a list of available commands?
