    I took Santa's cookies and set them next to the DTivo

    Is the 3.1 upgrade going to all DTivo users or are they being selective? I understand that DirecTV has assumed the service on the boxes. I've got a Hughes DTivo and I've had the P4 in it since Sept/Oct, phones are open. Nothing.

    Have I been a bad DTivo'er this year? No upgrade for Me?

    You should make a "Wish List" with a keyword of 3.1 Upgrade...
    That's what worked for me! I got the upgrade the next download!
