    48 bit LBA support in3.7?

    Now why would they give us the ability to upgrade to over 143 GB? What advantage would it give them? Plus, I think this is a hardware limitation, not software.

    your right it is probabbly a hardware limitation, thats usally the case with regular IDE controllers, some times you can flash them to be upgradable and sometimes no it depends on the controller and chipset.

    It cannot be hardware. Some of us (not me yet) are using larger drives.

    I'm curious about this response as I've never heard of anyone being able to see over 137GB with the UTV (I've heard of many users upgrading with 160GB drives but only the first 137GB are visible).
