Need tech specs for Tivo Series 2

I'm writing a paper for my engineering class about the design of the Tivo Series 2. I can't seem to find any information on specs such as processor speed, memory, graphics, or anything! I already know is that it runs on Linux,uses regular IDE hdd, and its power usage, but I would like to know a little more about the hardware. Maybe some directions towards a good website or if anyone has it all in their head somewhere, I'd appreciate it if you could share it with me.
