HDVR2 upgrade issues with no signal!?! HELP!!

PLEASE HELP! UGH

I just updated and added another drive to my direct tivo hdvr2 and it all seemed to work fine. i used the weaknees upgrade kit and all.

i power the box and it comes up ok, shows 108 hrs of recording capable *40 +80 HD*

HOWEVER, I CANNOT ACQUIRE Sat Signals....

The signal tests are great 90+ on transponders.

BUT CANNOT GET SAT SIGNALS!? AND FAILS!

i noticed in my system information it says that my service is inactive and my Direct tivo HDVR account is "CLOSED" this isnt true , i just called to confirm and it seems fine.


DID MY UPGRADE DO THIS!?

DAMN! ANY IDEAS!?

apparently, my upgrade did somehow manage to hose the software. i reverted back to a solid and known tivo backup image and all works.

my upgrade drive works with the backup image. so when i try to extend my drive something went wrong.

EDIT UPDATE**** ---- misjumpered B drive. ok now! :-)
