S2 MIPS binaries: lsof, strace, netstat, top

Here are S2 MIPS binaries from net-tools package; I compiled them because I needed netstat.

Binaries included: arp, hostname, ifconfig, nameif, netstat, plipconfig, rarp, route, slattach.

Here are S2 MIPS binaries from procps package. I needed top, I haven't tested others much.

Please note: terminal types are compiled into 'top' binary, the only types that will work are: putty, vt100, xterm. Do e.g.

TERM=xterm

before trying to run 'top'.

Binaries included: free, kill, pgrep, pkill, pmap, skill, snice, sysctl, tload, top, uptime, vmstat, w, watch.
