Folks,

I've been tivowebbing and tytooling successfully with a usb200m in my HDVR2/120G setup, but need to go wireless as the ethernet cable running from the living room to the computer room is starting to make the whole family a little edgy ;-).

Anyhow, I found a wusb11 v2.6 a couple of days ago, and I've burned some serious midnight oil trying to get it to work -- to no avail. I've made good progress, but I've hit a wall and need a few more brains to give me that last push into wireless nirvana. Enough rambling, here's the latest summary:

using at76c503 rfmd driver(s) per searches on this site
ifconfig shows that the device has the right IP, gateway and mask, and is UP
wusb11 power light is on, link light seems to be blinking rapidly
wireless router (linksys wrt54g) using channel 10 and "default" for SSID, per at76c503.c (doesn't work with SSID disabled, either)
WEP is disabled
ping requests always timeout
telnet connect fails
most of my hair has been pulled out

I am comfortable with recompiling any modules necessary to get this to work, but I just don't know what needs to be done differently. It seems that the relevant posts here confirm what I'm doing as OK. Maybe I'm missing something obvious...

Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated!
