Recovering a scrambled file..

Im trying to recover an undeleted file I had before I made my tivo hacks.. Ive undeleted it. RCs readme says to read a thread in here discussing the process) using mfs_ftp / set_key_dc, etc.. but the thread is dead it appears. Can anyone tell me the steps to be able to extract and view this (I want to burn to DVD using Tytools like I normally do).

You can't extract it for burning to DVD. The best you can do is download/upload it again using MFS_FTP. There currently is no way to unscramble a scrambled recording.
