Try contacting Dennis at the tivostuff website. He's in the middle of looking for a new job and trying to find a new client fore his site so he may not be able to get to it for a while. I've been trying to upload several S2 DTivo images to the site for a wgile now and he hasn't gotten back to me about it for about a week.
Please don't PM me or any other members looking for personal assistance. You'll do better by posting (after you've exhausted the search feature, of course) and taking advantage of the collective expertise of the membership instead of a single individual that may or may not be able to help you. Thank you and enjoy your stay at DDB!

Has anybody else heard that DTV are claiming to be putting an update out by the end of the year that will no longer allow any altering of Tivo software. You will not even be able to add record time is what they are saying. Has anyone been able to upgrade an SD-DVR40 to more hrs or take an image from 1 DVR40 to another.?
