Revert to 3.5? how to do it?

I've searched all over, and can't seem to find a step-by-step guide on how to revert from 3.7 back to 3.5. I've located and downloaded the 3.5 bin image, and winhex. But I can't find any directions. Can someone please steer me in the right direction?
