Newbie linux question...Cannot Execute binary file?
Ok - making progress here but I'm a definite linux/unix n00b on these matters.
I now have mfs_ftp installed and, I believe, running:
186 ? R 4:31 /tvbin/tivosh /var/mfs_ftp/mfs_ftp.tcl 3105 backgrounded
Clearly its running in /var/mfs_ftp.
I did chmod +x the /var/mfs_ftp dir, and I also explicitly chmod 755 mfs_export...
and it looks like it worked:
-rwxr-xr-x 1 0 0 69235 May 2 2003 mfs_export
But I get "cannot execute binary file" when I try to run csoscout.tcl:
Cleaning CSO keys for nonencrypted streams../var/mfs_ftp/mfs_export: /var/mfs_ft
p/mfs_export: cannot execute binary file
"exec mfs_export -c 4 [dbobj $part get File] /tmp/scrambletest"

Ah, I grabbed the Series 1 mfs_ftp files. Thanks! Trying again!
