I have a phillips US Serie 1 SA, with os version 3.0-01-1-000. Is it the latest version of the software for that box, or there is more rencent ?

To the best of my knowledge, that is the latest version. Speculation on the forums is that it is unlikely that there will be any further updates for the SA1.
I say to the best of my knowledge, as I have my TiVo set to reject any updates so as to not endanger my current setup.
