SECOND TUNER NO VIDEO sound is OK

I have had manny reports of Peoples second TiVo tuner not recording right.

Its recording audio but no video. any word on why this is happening? I have had to talk 4 diffrent SAT-T60 units thru Clear & Delete just get the second tuner to work again. This is very strange that it happend to so many units in the past 2-3 days. Thanks for the heads up.

it's because of the 3.1.0c "upgrade" that was sent out a couple of weeks ago. see this thread:
