    Question How to decode and encode cs22 files?

    A friend of mine had a great idea. Modify the
    boot screen so that it still shows the TiVo logo
    and the `wait a few more minutes', but also says

    This TiVo has been stolen from Fred Bloggs,
    email xxx@yyy.com, phone 555 3245 234

    That's one way of labelling the box that would
    defeat most theives. Has anybody seen any
    software to decode and re-encode these still
    images from the TiVo?
