    EditTitle - edits Tivo titles (now with year support + 4.x support)

    Reintegrated all the changes from the thread:

    Now has year support. Supports version 2 & 3 software.

    Also renamed it to EditTitle.tcl in case newer version come out.

    Added support for version 4.x
    Added on-screen display of version in menu
    Changed version number 4.0 to represent version 4.x functionality
