www.ecount.com click on the link on the left that says $10 for signing up. They send email and snail mail to verify, then put $10 in your account. Can be used just like a Mastercard.

The $10 deal is over but it is still a good thing. It is run buy the same company as a webcertificate. Great for those deals that are iffy and might over charge you. ex: staples
