If you create a wishlist but do not set it to auto-record, is there a modification that can be installed to create an on-screen alert, a-la Bela Lugosi in 'White Zombie' starts in 30 minutes on channel 5"?

Or lets say you just would like on-screen alerts when a show DOES start to record so you don't have to look at the NPL to see what's recording.
