Going through the start up files for 7.2 i can see references to the following tivo models / code names. Can anyone fill in the missing hardware?
gen04 = SA2.5 (540,5F0,590)
elmo = s2.5 dvd-r (humax DRT800, Toshiba RSTX60)
bryce = directv r10 (s2.5 dtivo) (521)
falcon = sony for japanese market
falconus = sony for us market
gryphon = series 2 standalone (140,1F0,240,2F0)
ibis = standalone s2.5 (540,5F0,590)
jyounetsu = toshiba sd-400 units (dvd players) (264,2F4)
llama ?? (tivo greater china?)
phoenix = S2 HDTivo (HR10-250) (357)
provo = Dtivo HDVR2, DSR7000, DVR39 (non-rid s2 dtivos)
takara = pioneer dvdr (DVR-810H, DVR-57H) (275,2F5)
trinity = Hughes SD-DVR80 (rid s2 dtivos)
yukon = ??

pioneer dvdr units are takara (ie: s2.0 dvdr units). elmo is s2.5 dvdr units

returns ibis on the TCD540040Code:/tvbin/HpkPlatform -type
returns provo on the Dtivo HDVR2
ibis is used on 540 and 590 units (standalone s2.5 tivos)
Jyounetsu is used on 264 units, which i believe are toshiba sd-400 units (dvd players)

I edited the above post to include phoenix, which is the hdtivo. Note that you have a gen04 and an ibis which point to the same unit. the gen04 shows up in things like driver names and boot logs, while ibis is used for the loopset name (and possibly other stuff). not an error, just thought i would point it out.Originally Posted by davidblack
