    Can I get recordings from bad drive?

    Is there a way to retrieve recordings from a hacked tivo drive that won't boot? My pc will detect the drives in BIOS and I can load mfs tools boot CD. I have heard of the tmf_stream but did not find too much on it. I am only a rookie at linux. Any help would be appreciated.

    Start by posting in the correct forum. Check the extraction forum -- there's a sticky topic on this very subject.
