Philips SA HDD capacity?

I want to upgrade my hdd to a larger one or two drives and save my current hard drive as a backup. What is the capacity for my model?

What hardrive brands do you recommend? Western Digital, Seagate?

137 gig is the limit unless you use LBA48, which is recommended. All drives work fine...you can use slower 5400 rpm drives, but there aren't many in larger sizes.
