I can't give you a definite answer; I haven't seen any reports of anyone trying this. Off the top of my head, I think you will be able to receive all satellite channels, just as if you were at home. 200 miles probably won't make any difference in the strength of signal from the spot beam. So local (NJ) channels on the spot beam will still be available. OTA channels from NJ almost certainly won't be available ; I'm not sure if you will be able to receive any of the upstate NY locals.
