Reinstall the drive in your PC, boot from a Linux distribution CD containing MFS Tools 2.0, and use the command "mfsadd -x /dev/hdx" to expand the drive partitions to take advantage of the full capacity (where hdx corresponds to the location of the drive on your IDE bus).
