If you forget to expand a drive after restore, then use it in the Tivo, can you expand it without blowing it up? Or do you have to start over?

Reinstall the drive in your PC, boot from a Linux distribution CD containing MFS Tools 2.0, and use the command "mfsadd -x /dev/hdx" to expand the drive partitions to take advantage of the full capacity (where hdx corresponds to the location of the drive on your IDE bus).

You'll do better by posting (after you've exhausted the search feature, of course) and taking advantage of the collective expertise of the membership instead of a single individual that may or may not be able to help you.
