I have 3 tivo units (tivo series 2) I pickup at a yard sale a Humax Model T800F, TIVO TCD24004A and a TIVO TCD649080 Units I need to now what I need to get started programing this units. I have 3 hard drive 500gig each for each units a open PC to use to program the drives reading this site all day, what files and steps to get up and running.

What do you mean by "programming"? What do you want to do?

You need a base image (OS) for each Tivo if there isn't one on the drives then you have to call Tivo and subscribe them.
