    11.0n.B1-01-2-652 for Tivo HD

11.0n.B1-01-2-652 starting to show up 1/22/2016.

    Supposedly adds mpeg4 channel reception.

If anybody's looking at it, here's a thread. Hoping for patches, obviously.

Has anyone been able to get the update by doing a guided setup with a Comcast affected area zip code? I've been on Atlanta GA 30318 for a couple of days now and nothing.

Can you upload your Tivoapp file so someone can find the patches? Please...

Also, I'd like to replace mine in case I corrupted it trying to use the old patches...

Wow... I never thought I'd be doing THIS again. Here are the updated patch locations for 11.0n:

    Code:
    11.0n
    0x005d2968 "104000aa 100000aa"	//noencryption
    0x00655e1c "30b000ff 00008021"	//cci1
    0x00655e40 "00e08821 24110000"	//cci2
    0x00772ef8 "00008021 24100001"	//backdoors
    0x01048070 "30b000ff 00008021"	//cci3
    0x009b5884 "12400003 10000003" //deletethisrecording?
    0x00b8ec38 "14400026 10400026" //30secskip
    0x00b9325c "0c2e500e 00000000" //nopauseads
A couple of miscellaneous patches (and I was wrong before, but we'll probably never need the nothanks patch again for Series 3's):

    Code:
    0x007c4cbc "10400008 10000008" //nothanks
    0x0056a4a8 "1200ffaf 1000ffaf" //ignoredrmsig1
    0x00597ba0 "1200ff87 1000ff87" //ignoredrmsig2
And here's the NoMEK patch - it replaces the generic noencryption patch (above) to allow MRV of encrypted recordings:

    Code:
    11.0n NoMEK
    0x005d2964 "92220024 27a40028"
    0x005d2968 "104000aa 0c156b31"
    0x005d296c "27a40028 00000000"
    0x005d2970 "0c156b31 0c424f95"
    0x005d2978 "8fa20020 106000aa"
    0x01093e2c "27bdfec8 03e00008"
    0x01093e30 "afb40128 24020001"
    0x01093e54 "00a0a021 8e230040"
    0x01093e58 "0c1b5d04 10600002"
    0x01093e5c "00602821 00000000"
    0x01093e60 "00408021 8c630000"
    0x01093e64 "1200000a 03e00008"
    0x01093e68 "00001021 8fa20020"
    And finally, the updated bufferhack:

    Code:
    set sys(11.0n)[list 0x11463a 0x114306	0x6c 0x1bc5c6 30354252 325F14DAA33CC105AD841D8F73E3E67B7A85EDBF]
I had to make assumptions about the bufferhack as I only had a copy of the new tivoapp and not the whole software update. If the brf has changed I'll need to update the patch location and hash. Also, the tivoapp I used has the following MD5 hash: 113DE2400D844E820F1B71604775F8E5

If yours is different and the patches don't line up, send me a copy so I can check the patch locations.

Do you run this patch INSTEAD of the orig encryption/cci1/cci2 patches or run both???

Also, does anyone remember what the ignoredrmsig1 and 2 do?
And while we are at it, the deletethisrecording? and nopauseads?

Then, due to brain info expiration....

How do you run it all?

    Omg...

This explains the difference between the generic noencryption patch and the NoMEK patch:
    http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/sh...988#post313988

The cci1/cci2/cci3 patches are separate from the no encryption/NoMEK patches - they prevent the tivo from writing the copy protection bit on new recordings that is sometimes applied to specific programs or channels by your cable company that prevent you from transferring a recording to another Tivo or via TivoToGo. All three cciX patches are required if you want to disable cci.

Also, does anyone remember what the ignoredrmsig1 and 2 do?
http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/sh...997#post309997 (most people don't need these)

And while we are at it, the deletethisrecording?
    http://www.dealdatabase.com/forum/sh...411#post300411

    and nopauseads?

Search for tvapppatch or maybe this post:

Thanks for the links; I'm sure a lot of people are struggling a bit. Great that you're providing some institutional memory.

I don't use any of the no encryption patches. My memory, someone can correct me if my memory is wrong, is we can't MRV non-encrypted programs to a non-hacked DVR. Since I don't know of a way to hack my Roamio I leave encryption alone. Please PM me if there is a way to hack Roamios

We used to disable encryption so we could use tools like tytivo and tystudio to download (and edit) video to a computer. Tools like kmttg use tivo to go and work fine with encrypted files.

    I use the CCI patches.

I don't see the need to install joe or any of the utilities we used to use. I make sure I have telenet and ftp enabled in my author file, with the appropriate files in my path.
